 Just to confirm, have you tried reinstalling the app on your computer? If you haven't you can try it by following the steps in &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;this article&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
 On another note, we'd recommend (if possible) you make sure the firmware of your earbuds is up-to-date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
 If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info to better understand this behavior. Please send us:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Stream continues while audio cuts off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've been having this problem for a while with my desktop spotify(Windows). This problem seems to occur, both in the webapp and the desktop app. When I'm streaming a specific song the audio cuts off while it's still playing, when I'm connected to my bluetooth earphones. First thought was if there's something wrong with my earphones, but when I change the song, I can hear it. But for some odd reason the audio just cuts off. I can confirm that there is nothing wrong with my bluetooth settings. I think it's an issue from spotify's side. Is there a fix for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
