System try icon disappears when Windows Explorer is restarted (Windows 11)

Every single time without fail on Windows 11, restarting Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) for any reason while Spotify is running will cause the system tray icon for Spotify to disappear.

It will not re-appear until I close Spotify fully, which due to my configuration requires me to use Task Manager and end Spotify through it.

I believe this issue may exist on Windows 10 as well.
