Weird Spotify sorting update

So, recently, I've been going through some artists I follow from bottom to top to check out music, always based on when they were uploaded. But recently over the past few days I've noticed some things have been out of place. That's when I figured out that Spotify is pushing albums to the top of an artist's discography, regardless of the date it was uploaded. Is there any way to go back to when they were actually uploaded?

I agree that it would be nice for Spotify to change the way how artists’ discographies appear when “All” is selected, back to the old organizational layout from before this recent update (album, EPs, and singles interspersed together, with all the releases sorted purely by release date).

There’s currently a Live Idea in the Idea Exchange for this request, and if it’s something you’re interested in, I’d recommend adding your +VOTE to the idea. Hey folks,

This is now fixed in the desktop app and web player. Artist discography will now show in chronological order again.

After reporting this and having it looked into, it was determined that this is not an expected change and a fix was made.
