Spotify app on Windows 7

Hi eveybody,

I'm new and I apologize in advance for my english 😞 because I'm Italian.

When I open the App on my pc, the pages browse, discover, radio, follow, messages and seach, I can't view. I view only black pages.

I uninstall the app and install the new version but nothing; i downloaded the old version of the app and worked until they did the last update. Now I use the app form the Web player. Anyone can help me?

I posted some images of the app.

Try launching Spotify like in this post:

Did you exit spotify first then copy and paste the command into the Run dialogue box? It has worked for everyone else so maybe try again?

Now unistall the version, reinstall the latest version and rewrite the code

Did you definitely fully exit Spotify (File > Exit) before using that code?
