&lt;P&gt;We've seen somewhat similar behaviour before but it's hard to say what the issue you have falls under specifically. To that end, so that we can narrow down the possible root cause, could you please elaborate a bit more on the exact behaviour? Namely, could you provide us the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is this only on your Windows Desktop? Does the &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank"&gt;web player &lt;/A&gt;have any issues on the same device?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When did this start happening?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is it only specific apps that trigger it? Is it sporadic or consistent?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you noticed a pattern that it happens for example during high CPU, RAM and/or Network usage? Consider opening the resource monitor and testing this if you haven't.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Screenshots of the errors you said you saw and a video of the behaviour itself. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.&lt;/LI&gt;
