    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Australia&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been sent a couple of audiobook codes to redeem via Authors Direct, but whenever I try to redeem it I get the account verifications screen (is this you? continue), and then the 'Something Went Wrong'.&lt;BR /&gt;I have redeemed codes here before with no issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've cleared the cache on the app, logged out and back in, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also tried redeeming on two different browsers and in incognito mode. I get the same message every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a current issue with this service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been experiencing the same problem today (redeeming audiobook code via Authors Direct), have also tried various devices and even tried a different spotify account. Nothing works. Seeing your message too, makes me think it must be Spotify.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
