Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll try to help you out.

Can you let me know what happens when you use the repeat song button? Keep in mind this button has three states:

Off (greyed out)
Loop playlist (green color and little dot underneath)
Loop song (green color, little dot underneath and a bubble with a number 1)

If you're trying to loop individual songs you should be using the button in the "loop song" position.

If this isn't working, can you let me know which device or devices this is happening on? I'd also recommend you try having a clean reinstall of the app. This can help solve most common issues.
