Hi!

I can't login to my son's education PC. I cant get the same options to switch between my account and my son's. I can at my mobile.

When you try to log in your son's account on his PC, what message do you get?

Did it start happening recently or was it always like that?

Also, if your son is under 13, Spotify requires use of Spotify Kids, which only works on mobile/tablets, not on desktop or Chromebooks.

So if you’re using Spotify Kids on mobile but trying to log in to that same account on PC—it won’t work.
