Hello @hamoksha2001,

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and it's great that you've already performed some troubleshooting steps.

If DJ doesn't appear particularly on your laptop and if you're using a VPN, please disable it and try again. We strongly advise against using VPNs as they can cause issues with Spotify's performance.

Additionally, let us know if DJ appears for you in the Web Player on your laptop.

Lastly, you've written that you're currently using the Windows Store version. As it's also possible to download the app from our website here, I recommend a clean reinstall with these steps (to make sure there are no leftover files) and to then get Spotify from our site. As the two versions can have slightly different behavior, this is also worth testing.

Appreciate the cooperation and we'll be on the lookout for your response.

Plan: Premium

Country: US

Device: Surface Laptop 7, ARC

APP: Windows store version

For the past couple of months, I have not been able to access the spotify DJ from my laptop. It is available on my phone and desktop PC (also windows app), and I am even able to transfer the dj to my laptop if I start it from another device, but I find it inconvenient to do that and would like to just play it directly from my laptop instead of having to use another device to get it started. I have tried resetting the cache and reinstalling the app, both of which yielded no results.

Please advise. Thank you
