Music volume keeps lowering

I have had this issue for the past few days for seemingly no reason, however I'm experiencing it on the windows app AND web player. I've re-installed the app, turned off normalize audio, turned off the equalizer. It's not due to low power mode as I am on a desktop. It does not matter what audio device is being used they all act the same. I am at a loss and incredibly close to switching to another platform because this is driving me INSANE

We hope you don't mind us moving your reply, as it fits better here in a new thread since you mentioned a different inconvenience.

Kudos for the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Since you mentioned this is happening in both the desktop app and web player, it might be worth trying:

Open Device Manager, go to Sound, video and game controllers and update your sound card drivers.
Go to Settings > Sound > App volume and device preferences and see if there are any automatic adjustments.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

The exact Spotify version you're running.
Does this happen when using other browsers?
Since you mentioned this is happening regardless of the audio device, it'd be awesome if you could send us the make/model of those.
Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update?
