Spotify not loading on Web Player

Hi, I have the same issue. It does load when I put aeroplane mode on, but doesn't work on web player on my laptop. Please help

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post from the old thread to a new board as it's affecting a different device, hope you don't mind.

This behavior could be related to the network permissions. So first, we'd recommend checking with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Also, if the affected device is a work/school laptop, it's possible that it may have some restrictions set by the administrator. If that's the case, we'd recommend reaching out to them to see if the device has the required network permissions.
