&lt;P&gt;I understand your concern.&amp;nbsp;If you feel strongly about bringing back the feature that allows for better control of your offline devices, make sure to cast your vote for&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Live-Ideas/Bring-Back-the-Offline-Devices-List-page/idi-p/4891386" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this idea&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, if you have access to your device, you can remove the downloads either from the Spotify app (Settings &amp;gt; Data-saving and offline&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Remove all downloads) or by clearing the app's cache and data. Should you face issues locating the offline device that's preventing you from downloading to a new one, feel free to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;send Spotify a private message&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/contact-us/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;They will take a closer look and do their best to help removing any offline devices you are having trouble with.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
