My Question or Issue

I have deleted an album from my library by mistake, but when i try to return it it does not work. Windows 11 desktop.

Just to confirm, are you having issues when trying to save the album again? Could you let us know if you're seeing any error message or provide a bit more info about what's going on exactly?

It'd also be helpful if you could send your device's make and model, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.

HP desktop. GOOGLE CHROME . Spotify Free version 1.2.74.447.g3be53afe

When i click save to your library i get a tic, but it does not show in my library.

Thanks for following up with more details!

Could you check if clearing stored cache makes any difference? Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and then back in again twice in a row. As odd as it may sound, completing these steps should resync your account info.

Another thing you can try is resetting the app data. To do this, click on the 3 dots in the top-left corner > Help > Troubleshooting > Reset app data and restart.

If possible, you can also try adding the album again using another device. For example, from a different computer or from a mobile device.
