Please tell me why I can't use lossless on spotify. I don't see lossless options on both Windows and Android.

Hey @dydtjr1128, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If you don’t see Lossless Audio when streaming, can you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn’t work, can you please try following these steps to locate Lossless Audio settings and for some troubleshooting steps?

You may also want to check your settings as your streaming settings will override by what you have downloaded. If that’s the case, can you please check to see if your downloads are Lossless? The download setting can be found at the very bottom of the Media quality tab under Download quality.
