Cannot upload a damn JPG for a Playlist cover

My Question or Issue

I have downloaded pictures from Beatport. I wanted to upload these pictures as Playlist covers. When I tried adding them, I got an error "Failed to save playlist changes. Please try again."

What the **bleep**? They're damn JPGs and Spotify does not accept them for some reason.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.

I do not want to restart my PC. Reinstalling Spotify didn't help. What file types does Spotify support, if it can't accept a simple JPEG?

Clearing cache didn't work.
Change file format: It's a JPEG, not a stupid WEBP file that masquerades as JPEG.
Use another device: It worked on mobile, but not on PC.
Connect to another network: Despite network does not matter, phone uses WiFi, while PC is on Ethernet.
Ensure that the photo meets the image guidelines listed on this page: Not sure.
Windows: Reinstalled the app didn't work.
Web Player: Even on browser it didn't work.

Hey @Thel_II,

Thanks for your patience while I took a closer look. Can you let me know if this happens when you use a different image that doesn't come from Beatport? If this issue only happens with Beatport, I'd recommend contacting them directly as it could be a copyright protection issued by the image provider (maybe they don’t allow the use of the image on other websites/services).
