This issue is keep returninig over and over

I have the latest version

does help somtimes:
deleting files from %localappdata%\Spotify\Storage\

always help:
uninstall
delete all %localappdata%\Spotify
install again

but this is not solution
how many times do you want me to go over this proccess?

I think you need to add a "invalidate caches and rebuild index" action that we can use if we filling something like this is happaning

That's strange indeed. Does this always happen on the windows app?

You have already tried basic troubleshooting including some of the clean-installation steps. I'd still recommend checking a few things:

Is there any error popping up on the desktop app when you liked a song elsewhere?
Perform a clean-install of the app using this guide. If you are using the Microsoft Store to download the app, try downloading it from the official website or vice versa.
Disable/Enable hardware acceleration in the Spotify for Windows app settings (usually at the bottom of the list).
Make sure any VPN/DNS/Ad-Blocker service is disabled (if active).

I'm sorry, but this is NOT an acceptable solution.
A simple Google search signals this issue has been reported over and over since, at least, 2/3 years ago.

Asking your premium users to constantly do a clean reinstall of the iOS app, and then redownload all the playlists (which should be memorized and automatically redownload, by the way) is simply unacceptable for someone who's paying you every single month.

Get your s*** together and fix this for good, or simply acknowledge your incompetence doing so and compensate your premium customers.
