DJ plays the same songs, issue for a year now, no response from Spotify. all platforms not resolved

My Question or Issue

I, like many other people have written posts about how Spotify DJ plays the same songs every time.

For me both on Android and Windows desktop.

i like many others have deleted cache.

i like many others have posted to the help pages and been told that the issue is resolved.

the issue is not resolved.

Its like AI is going through and marking issues resolved.

C'mon Spotify, it has been a year now that this has been a known issue.

could you please fix it?

its now to the point i turn off DJ after the same 3 songs every time.

DJ is now useless.

PC: Settings -> Scroll all the way down -> click clear cache

Mobile: Settings -> Data-Saving and offiline -> Scroll all the way down -> click clear cache
Log out and log in twice

(these are the methods I found online)
this worked for me not sure if it will for you...
