Hey @xoxo1387,

Thank you for keeping in contact and for trying the suggestions.

Taking into account that disabling the hardware acceleration fixes it for a moment, if you installed the app from the official website, we'd recommend installing the version available in the Microsoft store (or vice versa) to see if it has the same behavior.

If the issue persists, could you check with a different internet connection to see if the section loads properly? If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, if you have any active VPN on your computer, we'd recommend turning it off and restarting the app as a different virtual location may affect the sections shown in the app.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Hey @xoxo1387,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

Since the Audiobooks tab is loading fine on your phone but not in the desktop app, then this could be device- or app-related. In order to double-check that, can you confirm if the same thing happens in the Web Player? We'd also recommend following these steps as we think that might help:

Log out and back in a couple of times in a row to refresh your session and sync state

Click on the three dots in the top left corner of the app -> Help -> Troubleshooting -> Disable Hardware Acceleration and Restart

Go in the app's settings, scroll down to Storage -> Clear cache

Let us know how it goes.
