I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean how to install the desktop app on your PC? If so, you can download the installer from this page. When the process is complete, you should find a shortcut to the app on your desktop - you can use it to log in to your account.

If you've already installed the app, but can't find a shortcut on your desktop, try searching for the app in Windows to see if it shows up. Alternatively, you can copy the following song link spotify:track:4PTG3Z6ehGkBFwjybzWkR8 and paste it in your browser - this should prompt you to open the app directly, if installed.

There's also the Spotify Web Player which you can use directly in your browser if that's what you were looking for.
