My Question or Issue

In this week, I can't see more than 20 friends on friends activity, which i follow at least 39 friends (it would be showing all of them recently), only show people that listened from 9h ago, normally show at least 2 or 3 days (it depends)...

Hey there @schemarcel,

Thanks for posting on the Community and for sharing these screenshots!

There could be different reasons why you're only seeing a particular amount of people in your Friend Activity at the moment, but keep in mind that:

Other users must have enabled Listening activity (it's also possible to manually choose Who can view your activity).
If a friend is listening during a Private Session, their current activity will not update.
The feed prioritizes recent playback, so if other friends haven't streamed anything lately, they will likely drop off the list.

If you want to troubleshoot and refresh your feed, try these steps:

Sing out everywhere via the Account Page then log back in on your desktop for a resync between your account and device.
Unfollow and then re-follow a few friends who are missing from your sidebar. This often forces the system to recalculate your feed and bump them back to the top.
Run a live test with a missing friend by first checking their shared listening settings. Ask them to stream a song right now and see if their activity pops up on your sidebar in real time.

Hi @Ivelina, so, I've re-installed Spotify, disconnected from all devices, following same friends again. Still not showing more than 20 friends. I seeing this is happening to other people in other topics related to Friend Activity.

If you're still experiencing this behavior, to investigate further, send us in your next reply the following details:

The affected device (make/model) and its OS version.
The exact Spotify app version you’re currently running.
All troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
Since when is this happening? Did it start after an app's update or some other specific situation? Does it happen across devices?
