topic Help, Unsupported file not playing in Desktop (Windows)

Looked up an Album (specifically Artist 3, Album The End has Begun) on spotify. Had no issues locating the music, however, no matter what song I request to play, it keeps giving me an error message saying "File is Unsupported" and sends me to the Spotify Help page that has no documents that pertain to said problem. My internet connection is fine, I've checked that. Spotify and all connecting programs are up to date. Any other music I've tried to play so far works just fine.

Please help.

Hello:

Are you refering to this release?

What is your current listening region? The standard 13 track release listed above is showing as US only listening right now.

Although this version the 14 track special edition below, shows these listening regions as able to listen:

AD AR AU BE BG BO BR CA CL CO CR CY CZ DK DO EC EE ES FI FR GB GR GT HK HN HR HU IE IS IT LI LT LU LV MC MT MX MY NI NL NO NZ PA PE PH PL PT PY RO SE SG SI SK SV TR TW US UY

Neither version is working for you?
