Trouble with Spotify

I have two problems with Spotify. First, when I try and install the Installer encounters an error just at the end of installing, error code 53.

I have tried installing using Epic Privacy Browser to avoid cookie problems. No luck!

The second is to do with trying to get the web player running - fails to connect.

I believe all are to do with the fact that I have Avast 2015 Free anti vurus installed.

Any ideas to resolve these problems would be appeciated as at the moment I can not use Spotify.

Avast 2015 has reported to be causing issues with Spotify due to it's http scanner functionality.

Try using this installer instead:
http://download.spotify.com/Spotify%20Installer.exe
