Sound card fail.

Hey.

have a problem whit spotify after upgrade from W8 to W8.1, cant play musick form spotify. I only get a error whit "there is a problem whit you sound card. Spotify can't play music.

Have try'd to reinstal spotify twice.

My acc. works on other computers (and my phone)

I can play sound from firefox and IE8.

Any tip?

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

Do you have drivers installed for your soundcard? They probably have been deleted when you upgrade from 8 to 8.1.

Please take an look at 'Device manager' at your Windows device about which soundcard you have. Then search around at the Internet, or take an look at your manufacturer website (like Asus or HP).

Hello. Can you provide us with your sound card information? If you are unsure, what is the make and model of your PC?
