Installer don't even open

Hei!!

I have Windows 7 installed on my computer and I've downloaded spotify's installer, but when I open it, it doens't work.

I've tried the compatibility mode and even with another accounts on Windows but nothing seems to work.

I'd like to know if somebody has a solution or the previous version

You can try installing the beta version.

Unfortunately the problem keep , and it doenst open

Then you can try disabling the antivirus software, or contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
