Hi, this playlist has a feature when songs starting at specific time https://open.spotify.com/user/spotify/playlist/5rJNwG9BImUMYDrN5D3aUi

Can you turn on this function for normal users (Not only for DJs like Skrillex)?

Welcome to Spotify Community! 🙂

You can do that via Spotify URI's.

Just add #Minutes:Seconds in the end of the Spotify URI and paste it into the search bar. 🙂

Here is an example:

spotify:track:7Hv89f7Dpm5Hce1XkBbjQZ#3:10

This solution only allows me to find a song & have it start at a certain specified time -- is there a way to add songs to a playlist so that the song starts at a certain time when you play that playlist?

I'd also love to see this feature, as i would make a cool playlist for when i'm out with my friends or at a party, it could make the songs much more enjoyable to skip to the "drop part" of the song!

iTunes can do it, and I loved that.
Perfect for workouts, when you don't have to listen to a long intro before getting to the "pushy" part.
