offline ?

Hello everyone,

i'm subscribed to Spotify free. everything was okay until two days ago ... spotify keeps telling me that I doesnt' work when being offline, and that i'm not in the same country as the one set in my profil.

the thing is, my computer didn't move, still in my bedroom, same coutry, same everything.

i'd like to know if some of you also have this problem and if there is a solution to it.

Hi there and welcome to the community,

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
