Cannot Unfollow

Hi Spotify community,

I cant seem to unfollow a friend. I right click and press unfollow, but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

My first thoughts are that Spotify does have follow data stored in cache. It might be that the unfollow is succesful, but Spotify's cache (which says who you're following) still has this data stored.

When you try the webplayer, does it show that you're still following him, or do you see that you've unfollowed him?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Thanks for your response. On the webplayer, it seems to be the same. It says I'm following the person, then when I unfollow, it seems to return to following again.

I will contact support as suggested.
