    <description>Hey @user-removed, are you able to confirm if you are on the premium or free version of Spotify?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can, I would suggest loading up Spotify on a smartphone or tablet, see if you can play off the app, then pause it and go back and try playing again on the web player.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how you get on!</description>

      <title>Open Spotify Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Clicking the play button does nothing. Tried different browsers and two different PCs, so I assume this problem is on Spotify's end. Can I get a status report?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
