&lt;P&gt;Have you made sure that the media key drivers got installed as well? Check Device Manager for any missing drivers and if you find something missing, go to the device manufacturer's page to install the required drivers. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might find something related to Function/Media keys from Windows Mobility Center (find it from Control Panel).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Win10 Media Overlay gone?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reinstalled windows yesterday, before the reinstall the current track would show in the to left of the screen when using the media keys on my keyboard. After the reinstall this no longer shows. I also do not have an option related to this within Spotify preferences.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
