Local files refuse to play/import

I have a fewMP3 files and they're refusing to play on Spotify. I can access them through the "open containing folder" selection, however every time I select them to open with Spotify, it tells me the file is not available and if I have it on my computer I can import it. Which I keep trying to do. But then I just get stuck in a Catch-22 situation and the darn file won't play. I've created a copy of the files with all ID-Tags removed and it *still* won't play. The original version of the file is greyed out, and the copy is in white, but both versions refuse to play.

I'm running Windows 10, with the most up to date version of Spotify. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, reimported all local files. But the issue will just not resolve.

Please help!

Same exact issue with Jon Bellion's The Separation album I have on my computer.
