Local File Added, Won't Play, Asked to Import

So, as many people seem to face, I unfortuantely am having an issue with my local files. The weird thing is, it is literally ONE local file that won't play, the rest are all fine. This particular one adds to my library, is searchable within my local files and able to be added to playlists. But when I click on it, I get the blue bar at the top of that says This song cannot be played, if you have the file on your computer you can import it.

I guess where my confusion comes from was that I thought by adding this local file to spotify I was importing the song? Is there another step I need to take?

Using spotify on Windows 10.

Got the same issue too 😕 but it lets me play the song on my ipod touch and mobile but on my laptop, where the file/song is saved, it has this same issue. hope someone has a solution or answer 😛
