Simply put your combined playlists, up to 150,000 tracks if you want, into a simple Excel workbook that looks like this.

You click that one [Sort A to Z] button and then drag your selected number of truly shuffled tracks from Column B onto your queue-- or into a playlist first-- and Play with none of those [ . . . ].
