Hi!

I'm using Spotify for all my music needs for over a year, and I'm sorry that I have to report an issue.

When I try to play music from "Two Steps From..." (Thomas Bergersen's band), the playback often suddenly stops, and Spotify displays an alert that it "Can't play the current song". It only affects Windows, works like a charm from Android. Could it maybe regional restrictions (Hungary is East of the Iron Curtain, so partial access should be possible.)

What I tried to resolve:

Disable/Re-enable HW acceleration

Reinstall Spotify

Troubleshoot Internet Connection

Try Elsewhere (i.e. Android phone)

Software configuration

Win10 SP3 ("Creator's Update")

Current version of Spotify available from Win Store

Hardware Configuration

i7-7500U @ 2.7 GHz (nominal)

16 GiB DDR4 SDRAM

Intel SSDPro 5400 Series 240 GB SSD (Used for System & Spotify $)

HGST 1 TB HDD (Used for misc. data)

Cambridge Audio DacMagic XS DAC (Problem persists even through internal codec chip)
