Polish ads? Polnische Werbung?

Hello!
Polish ad & German Spotify
As you can see, there should be German ads instead of polish...Language is set to German, also setting it to English or somewhat don't do anything as well as reinstalling Spotify...any help?

Jup, country is set to Germany...

2 days ago I also had German ads and I changed nothing in Spotify

Are you using some kind of Proxy/VPN on your computer?

Nope, VPN is disabled and Proxy is managed by Windows (automatically). Should I change the Proxy-Settings?

Do you use Spotify on any other devices (e.g. mobile phone)? If so, do you see polish ads on there too?

AndroidAndroid and Windows 10 apps are giving me this ads...i thought it was caused by my account(-settings), so I made a second account just for testing...

...and here were polish ads, too!
Is it possible that it has something to do with my location, just 20km away from Poland?

But why did the ads changed from German to Polish 2 days ago?
