topic Getting help from Spotify in Desktop (Windows)

Does anyone else paying £60 or £120 a year for Spotify service object to the fact that there is no proper assistance for subscribers struggling with service failures. I don't want to join a "community": I am (or was) a customer, not a citizen of some fantasy Spotify polity.

I have just cancelled my Premium subscription and will uninstall Spotify because of its insistence on opening up whenever I start my desktop (ignoring the setting to the contrary). The company must be capable of providing a solution, rather than leaving its unfortunate customers to embark on a meandering course of amateur mutual cooperation.
