Discover weekly playlist update problem

This thing has been only updating once every 2 weeks, instead of 1 week, for the past 2 months. I figured it was a fluke at first, but now it seems constant. Why is it not called discover bi-weekly if you wont update it every week?

Hey @Jukes,

have you followed it? It works the best when it's followed.. If yes, try unfollowing and then re-following.

I've followed it for a looong time now. Trust me when i say i tried everything. The playlist only updates once every other monday now.

Alright, this is quite odd! Are you using the desktop client?
I use the web player (open.spotify.com or play.spotify.com) and my Discover Weekly is very punctually updated there.
Some users have (re-)followed it through the web player and got it work normally.. May I ask what have you tried so far? Maybe there's something that can be still tried. 🙂

pretty sure they saw this post and updated it, because mid-week, it updated now.
