spotify this song is not available if you have the file on your computer import it

This annoying message keeps popping up that says "spotify this song is not available if you have the file on your computer import it", for every song on my playlist. When this happens, it makes my computers sound not work either. So i have to restart my computer to get sound back. How do i fix this and how is spotify preventing my sound from working!!?

same issue for me as well, started this morning. was fine until now.

Same Issue for me. The same song/album will play on my Android device, but not on my desktop app.
