Fast Forward problem - doesnt skip to actual spot

When is fast forward on the timeline it actually doesnt forward to the sport where it should be. For example I fast forward to second 20 (displayed) but the song starts playing at like the 15s. Or when I skip fast to multiple spots on the timeline(Song is at 2s -> skip to 10s, 1 min, 1:50m, 2:30s) it will just play from befor I skiped (2s).
