i have a huge problem about spotify on windows since 2 hours ago i have been trying to install spotify on my pc but when it download complety my pc shows a error window where it show "unavailable to install the neccesary files are downloaded but another program is running the app (spotify)" i delete and uninstall all about spotify but it doesnt allow me install and use the app, so please help me im a music lover

If you have trouble uninstalling cleanly: Here is some help. Some scrolling needed.

Be VERY careful with the registry, though! If possible, use the uninstallers!

Hi,

Firstly I'd empty the temopory files on your machine and restart, this should clear out any background processes.

Use this link: https://www.spotify.com/us/download/windows/ to download Spotify and the run it once it has downloaded. I've just tried this on my machine and it works fine.
