hi everyone,

Im premium user and using spotify desktop on windows platform. Search button is not working can't find any song albums etc. How can i fix this problem?

Hey @kidspoint

That's weird!

Make sure you're not offline.

Reinstalling the app should work in this case. It gives the program a new lease of life, wiping out errors coming from program files. Here's how to:

Uninstall Spotify.

Go to %appdata% and remove any existing Spotify folder from both Local and Roaming.

Restart your computer, reinstall Spotify.
