Local Files disappearing?

Everytime I restart my PC/Boot it up, all my local files are missing from the 'Local Files' tab and removed from my playlist, is there a fix for it yet?

I'm having the same problem, the way I've found to beat it for the moment is this:

1) Go to where the songs are located in your file browser

2) Select the ones that keep disappearing from Spotify and click delete

3) Go to your recycle bin and restore the songs you just deleted

4) All the songs should now be showing and able to play again

It's a pain, I know but it's the way that works for me until we get a permanent fix.

it actually works if you just move the files to any other folder than the one they are currrently in an then move them back again. (For me that means from Music to Videos and from there back to Music)

Just if the recycling bin method is too annoying/complicated/etc. 😉
