Hi all!

I've got a premium subscription and I'm facing an annoying issue since the last week.

The thing is that, when I'm playing Spotify in my Windows desktop app, randomly, and without even touch the desktop or android app, the sound jumps to my android device by itself!

Obviously audio comes out from my android phone and the only way to stop this is force closing the android app.

Is there any known issue about this? Any workaround to fix it?

Thanks!

Is this gonna be the support we receive the premium users? Are we not paying for a service?

3 weeks and no answer!

3 weeks after, and nobody from support answered?

We're paying for a premium service, this is unacceptable.

I have a somewhat similar issue. The same thing happens, but mostly when I add a track to an existing playlist. Otherwise the same... out of nowhere my phone start playing in my pocket, and the PC stop playing...
