Music sharing seems to have been changed, and I can't seem to figure out how to share a song with someone I follow anymore. When I click share, all I see are a bunch of stupid social media logos.

I'm having the same issue! My girlfriend and I use(d) the sharing feature all the time when we make playlists for each other. Now I can't even find a way to send her a message through Spotify with the public link copied into it. This is a poor decision on Spotify's part.

Same here! I loved the sharing feature because it wasn't just a link and added the song title, album, and artist in my posts. I'm not sharing an ugly link. As a long time social media manager and community coordinator, this was a bad move for spotify.
