    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are probably quite right about the reasons for not fixing it. Which is annoying as **bleep** because my downloaded stuff makes up only a very small portion of my library. I think most folks are probably like this: happy to use the Spotify catalogue, but when the version you want isn't there, you *need* that local file download.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Three Year Premium Member -- Local Files Continues to Not Function</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even though the early Def Leppard catalog isn't on Spotify, I own it &amp;amp; have it in my local music files. Spotify continues to grey out these options, regardless of how many times I reload or start the process anew. Spotify will sub my &lt;EM&gt;Pyromania&lt;/EM&gt; "Rock of Ages" for the version from &lt;EM&gt;Viva! Hysteria&lt;/EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sucks. I've tried all the forums and workarounds. It happens to my other local files too but mostly stuff like Joan Jett &amp;amp; Def Leppard Spotfy always turns it grey.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd love to know the permanent fix for this. Or if Spotify just wants me (us) to be sure &amp;amp; play the version that gives them spin money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
