    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Solved by myself: I deactivated the hardware boost, and now it works! &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;_______________________________________&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Brief description of the issue: Spotify doesn't start properly, there's just a black screen with some options at the top, but these don't help me in any way&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Steps to reproduce the issue:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I installed Spotify with the Spotify Setup.exe&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then I started Spotify&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What steps you’ve tried already: Reinstalling&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your device and operating system: Win 10 64 bit&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Type of Spotify account you have (Free/ Premium): Premium, but didn't get the possiblity to log in&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The app version of Spotify you’re using: Current one, don't know the exact number, but problem appeared a few weeks ago as well already&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any screenshots, if they can help to explain your issue: That's all it loads&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="JSTkMEI" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.spotify.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/61904i4D088E5E3E231BAE/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="JSTkMEI" alt="JSTkMEI" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;Leo&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
