    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cant navigate to figure how to play music. I can log-in to my account, but cant (appparently) log-in to play my playlists, etc. on my windows 10 laptop? I can play music etc. with same account log-in info, on my android smartphone, but not my Sony laptop? When I get Spotify sign-in window, I put in my username, then password, then click, and nothing happens, as a result of clicking on? I can get to my account, and list of services associated with account, but cannot click to listen to my playlists, or radio, or anything? Can someone help me with "proxy settings?" When I click to go, to "proxy settings" I am lost at that point....never had to adjust, or enter "proxy settings" before. Is there a chance, I may have a virus? If I do.... the only strange, or unnavigatable problem, that has surfaced, is inabilty to log-in, to play Spotify music, playlists, etc? I have uninstalled, re-installed, new account name/pw, etc, to no avail????? **bleep**! I am too old, and stressed to deal with this issue. I contacted forum support, &amp;amp; Spotify support before, with this issue, to no avail? Last Spotify support mentioned, "Big Bad Dog" referencing to ??????, asreason why, I cant log-in to play my music???? I sent reply back to Spotify support, asking them to define, "big Bad Dog" reference.......Nothing......no response from Spotify support, yet?????HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
