Whenever I try to start it, it opens but I get that spinning ring (or sometimes just a blank screen) and it just never goes beyond that stage (I have left it for up to an hour). To be clear, I do get the top bar and side bar on the display (with the playlists and stuff) but I don't see anything in the main window.</P><P>I have tried restarts, reinstalls and ending processes in task manager and nothing has helped.
