    <description>&lt;P&gt;Using the spotify desktop app on Windows 10. I regularly experience that playback starts at a louder volume than current system volume when playing for the first time after startup. Adjusting the system volume immediately sets the right volume. The spotify volume is at full at all times, I control the volume only through system volume.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
