Remove a device for your spotify

I installed my spotify premium on a work computer and I am no longer with that company. I have been on my phone recently trying to listen to music and I am kicked off because someone at my previous employer is using my account. How do I disable devices since I never deleted the spotify from my old work computer? Any help is very much appreciated!

You can logout from all of your devices from here, just click on "Sign out everywhere", but I suggest changing your password to make sure they can't log in again:
