&lt;P&gt;That sounds a little bit like a hardware issue but there are a couple of things you can try. Completely uninstall it and scrub it from the pc (use something like IOBit Uninstaller) before re-installing it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Secondly you can try using the alternative install as there is both an app and a standalone program available for windows so try the one you have not got installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Spotify doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I open spotify it stays black. I do see some buttons in the top left corner, but thats it. I have tried to reinstall it. It does not help. How can i fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
